Huddersfield & District Jewish Community (H&DJC) aims to bring together residents from a Jewish background living in the Huddersfield and surrounding area, together with any non-Jewish family members and those of Jewish heritage who would like to reconnect with their roots.
H&DJC is primarily socially and culturally based rather than having religion as its central focus. We organise a range of Jewish-focused activities allowing local people to meet with others, whilst not ignoring our religious roots entirely. It also allows individuals to express their Jewish identity in a safe environment.
H&DJC members can join our WhatsApp Group to stay in touch with what's going on.
H&DJC will play its part in the wider community with the aim of fostering good inter-community relations.
