JLC and Work Avenue launch Earnings Support Fund

The Fund aims to support those across the community whose earnings have been directly affected by COVID-19.

 

Do you know anyone in the Jewish community whose earnings have been directly affected by the COVID 19 crisis? Or are you in that situation?

Grants are available for people who are ineligible for Government support or who face delays accessing Government funds from a fund that has been set up by the Jewish Leadership Council, in partnership with Work Avenue.

This is particularly relevant for artists, performers, self-employed people who don’t have three years of accounts, people who only just started a new job so aren’t eligible for furlough, and small businesses that aren’t eligible for the grants for those leasing small premises.

Applicants don’t need to prove their Jewishness or be strictly affiliated to one denomination or another – the JLC want to be as inclusive as possible.
