This four-volume publication on "Addressing Anti-Semitism in Schools: Training Curricula” was developed jointly by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and UNESCO, with the support of University College London’s Centre for Holocaust Education.
The publication, intended for trainers, aims to assist teachers and school directors in preventing and responding to anti-Semitism. It provides practical guidance on addressing anti-Semitism and countering prejudice in and through education, while promoting human rights, global citizenship education and gender equality.
The four volumes are designed for trainers of (1) primary school teachers, (2) secondary school teachers, (3) vocational school teachers and (4) school directors. The publication is part of ODIHR’s Turning Words into Action to Address Anti-Semitism project, and is included within the framework of UNESCO’s programme on Global Citizenship Education.

Understanding Anti-Semitic Hate Crimes and Addressing the Security Needs of Jewish Communities: A Practical Guide [Brochure]
ODIHR’s Guide lays out practical steps that governments are recommended to take to address the security needs of Jewish communities in co-operation and partnership with these same communities.
The Guide is designed to help governments take stock of security risks and needs, with the goal of improving the capacity of law-enforcement officials and institutions to address the security needs of Jewish communities. In addition, this Guide deals with related issues, such as the problem of underreporting and recording of anti-Semitic hate crimes.

Holocaust Memorial Days: An overview of remembrance and education in the OSCE region
This publication provides information on when, where and how OSCE participating States promote the commemoration and study of the Holocaust, including the genocide of Roma and Sinti, in line with their OSCE commitments. The information was provided via an online questionnaire disseminated by ODIHR to all participating States.
