This year’s Annual Makin Lecture in Jewish Studies
“Holocaust Memory in the Digital Age”
will be delivered by
Dr Dr Ronald Leopold
Executive Director of the Anne Frank House (Amsterdam)
on
Thursday 8th May
at 5.30pm
in the EDEN Lecture Theatre in the Eden Building, Hope University, Liverpool,
on the right of Taggart Avenue from the Woolton Road end.
The lecture will be preceded by refreshments from 5.00pm,
and followed by a drinks reception
ABOUT: Ronald Leopold was born in 1960 in Groningen in the north of the Netherlands. From 1978 to 1985 he studied history at the University of Groningen, and during his studies lived for two years in Budapest. He moved to Amsterdam in 1985 and has been the Executive Director of the Anne Frank House since January 2011.
