If you’re feeling alone, anxious, depressed, suicidal – or simply in need of someone to talk to – our trained volunteers are here to support you.
Male or female, religious or not, we are here for the whole community. We listen without judgement and your call is kept completely confidential. You do not have to give your name.
For some people, we represent a lifeline at the end of the telephone and for others, we are a support; a place to air thoughts and feelings in order to get through the day.
What happens during a call?
It takes courage to call a helpline and it can be difficult to know how and where to start.
Your call will be answered by one of our volunteers who will listen with patience and empathy, gently guiding you through whatever it is you want to talk about.
We don’t give advice.
We are here to listen and support you in finding your own path.
