The constitution of Jewish Small Communities CIO states that its objects are:
To advance the Jewish faith for the public benefit in particular by:
A) Providing information and advice to enable members of Jewish small communities to practise and live within the faith;
B) Relieving need related to ill health and disability in particular but not exclusively among people in Jewish small communities;
C) Advancing education in Jewish history and culture; and
D) Promoting the elimination of anti-Semitism and promoting public education about anti-Semitism.
Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for the purposes, which are not charitable.
